Light Vehicle Mechanics  are currently required to join our skilled team in our Mackay Workshop. Callcorr’s facilities boasts a fully equipped Vehicle Service Centre, Heavy Equipment Workshop, Fabrication & Paint Workshop & Component Rebuild Centre. Your skills and knowledge will be utilised across our Light Vehicle Service division specialising in providing a high-quality service supporting our internal and external customers. Due to service demand, the ideal candidate will be ready for an immediate start. 

The Role / Your Benefits:

• Providing trade expertise across the Light Vehicle workshop division:

1. Maintaining the company’s fleet of light vehicles
2. Light vehicle preventative maintenance & servicing
3. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve mechanical issues
4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
5. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work

• Monday to Friday role with OT as required

Requirements

• Minimum Trade Qualification: Cert III – Automotive Mechanic
• Demonstrated experience with all types of Light Vehicles
• Current Drivers Licence
• Forklift and/or crane tickets highly regarded
• Ability to plan and prioritise your workload
• Initiative and motivated work ethics
• Proven commitment to safety in the workplace
