Callcorr’s Workshop team specialise in providing high quality services supporting heavy earthmoving equipment to the Bowen Basin Coal mines and surrounding areas across mining, civil and agricultural productions. Growth and demand has opened the opportunity for Experienced Auto Electricians  to join our knowledgeable team in the Mackay Workshop. 

The Role

Providing trade expertise across the workshop divisions: 

• Heavy equipment preventative maintenance & servicing
• Heavy equipment breakdowns and emergency services
• Diagnostics and fault finding
• Heavy Vehicle breakdowns & preventative maintenance

Various roster options (including OT if wanted!) on ongoing work scopes providing job security.

Requirements

• Trade Qualification: Cert III – Automotive Electrical Technology 
• Current Drivers Licence (Manual)
• Forklift and/or crane tickets highly regarded
• Demonstrated experience with heavy earthmoving equipment
• Ability to plan and prioritise your workload
• Initiative and motivated work ethics
• Proven commitment to safety in the workplace
